ANA-LOG acts as an equipment logbook specifically for the Process Analysers on site. Once ‘installed’ onto the software each Analyser than has it’s own location, here you can log documents and drawings, create entries dependant on the type of work and trend calibration results.
Using the information ANA-LOG can track an ongoing Site Health score of your Process Analysers to look for trends. A remote support team will also be able to assist and highlight areas of concern that they can review and resolve.
Any entries for a piece of equipment will be picked up by the remote support team. If it is a fault without resolution or a repeat failure then we will follow up and provide next steps to get to a resolution. This greatly reduces the time the team on-site spend chasing on-going issues and allows them to continue work on Preventative Maintenance and Priority Break In tasks, ensuring KPI’s are kept high.
